Playing the Duel

The first new game I have picked up for quite some time is lots of fun for the kids.  Even my five year old can play with a little bit of help and rule modification. The duel is the battle between Gandalf and the Balrog. Such a classic moment from lord of the rings.  For years I always imagined the Balrog looking like the creature on the cover of the classic AD&D hardback dungeon masters guide until I was twelve or thirteen.  That image was replace by watching the animated Lord of the Rings movie over and over with Clash of the Titans as a double feature at the dollar theater.
